Sauna rules

Be considerate. Remember that some people value peace and quiet in the sauna.

  1. Swimwear is mandatory.
  2. Arrive clean and shower before entering the sauna.
  3. Everyone MUST shower before and after using the sauna. A cold water shower is located outside the sauna.
  4. For hygienic reasons, we encourage you to sit on your towel.
  5. This is a public sauna. Oil is prohibited in the sauna due to the risk of allergic reactions, so that as many people as possible can use it.
  6. Alcohol is prohibited in the sauna and during the rental period.
  7. Food is not allowed in the sauna.
  8. You may be expelled, denied entry, or reported if you are visibly drunk.
  9. Do not enter the sauna with outdoor shoes.
  10. The stove is hot. Do not sit on or touch the stove!
  11. Don't swim alone; bring a friend.

Breaching the rules means you will be denied entry, and the rented group will be denied re-rental.

Sauna knowledge and risks

You use the sauna at your own risk. Don't sit too long, and remember to drink water!

  • Small children are not recommended to use the sauna
  • Leave the sauna if you feel uncomfortable, dizzy, or sleepy.
  • Saunas and winter swimming are not recommended for people with heart and blood vessel problems. Pregnant women and people with heart diseases are advised to use common sense in the sauna.
  • Alternating between hot and freezing cold can be challenging for the body, so listen to your body's signals before you go winter swimming.

Be aware of slippery floors and slippery outdoor areas.
